中小学教师的职业认同困境与化解策略

摘要 当前,我国正处在社会转型期,再加上百年未有之大变局的时代大背景和第四次科技革命的兴起、受人工智能技术的普及等多种因素的影响,中国教育正面临前所未有的挑战,中小学教师的职业困境成为影响教育健康持续发展的不利因素。通过分析中小学教师的职业认同现状、价值,在调查研究后,从创设具有人文关怀的工作环境、建设科学有效的激励评价机制、探索促进教师专业发展的长效机制三个层面,分析了中小学教师的职业认同困境的化解策略。
