摘要
大规格陶瓷岩板的断裂韧性测量首先需要解决如何裁取试样的问题。笔者采用单边V形切口梁法(SEVNB),探究了不同厚度(3~12 mm)陶瓷岩板取样尺寸对断裂韧性测量的影响。结果表明:保持岩板原始厚度可避免取样加工造成的偏差,在跨距和厚度比值5~10,宽度和厚度比值1~5的条件下裁取试样,测量结果的平均误差小于5%。而进一步增大长度/跨距和宽度,会因形状因子导致断裂韧性测量值偏小。
To measure the fracture toughness of large-sized porcelain slabs,it is necessary to first solve the problem of how to cut samples.In this paper,the influence of the sampling size of porcelain slabs with different thickness(3~12mm)on the fracture toughness measurement was investigated by using the Single-Edge V-Notched Beam method(SEVNB).The results indicate that deviations caused by sampling and processing could be avoided by maintaining the original thickness of the porcelain slabs.The average error of measured fracture toughness could be less than 5%,if samples cut with a span to thickness ratio of 5~10 and a width to thickness ratio of 1~5.However,the measured fracture toughness shows smaller value,with further increase of length or span and width.It is believed the reduce of measured result is due to the shape factor of sample size.
