Common Problems and Quality Control in Construction Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Installation

当前建筑机电设备安装过程中存在一定的不足,降低了机电设备使用性能与使用寿命,存在较大的安全风险与安全隐患,制约了建筑机电工程的发展。为提高机电设备的安装水平,在掌握当前建筑机电设备安装问题的基础上,论文设计了一种机电设备安装质量控制方法。通过建立机电设备管线安装模型,保证管线布设的质量与美观;然后优化质量控制体系,监管设备安装施工的质量;最后分解设备安装质量控制目标,全过程管理控制建筑机电设备安装。通过分析实验结果可知,本文方法在各个分项工程机电设备安装中的合格率均在94.12%以上,安装的平均误差率较低,证明其具有较高的可行性。

There are some deficiencies in the installation process of construction mechanical and electrical equipment,which reduce the service performance and service life of mechanical and electrical equipment,and there are great safety risks and safety risks,which restrict the development of construction mechanical and electrical engineering.In order to improve the installation level of mechanical and electrical equipment,on the basis of mastering the current installation problems of building mechanical and electrical equipment.By establishing the mechanical and electrical equipment pipeline installation model,ensure the quality and beauty of the pipeline layout;then optimize the quality control system,supervise the quality of the equipment installation and construction;finally decompose the equipment installation quality control target,and make the whole-process management and control of the building electromechanical equipment installation.By analyzing the experimental results,the qualified rate of the method in the electromechanical equipment installation in each sub-project is above 94.12%,and the average error rate of the installation is low,which proves that it has high feasibility.
