摘要
虹吸管是一种利用大气压进行压力输水的管道,具有施工工艺简单,不需要额外动力的优点.为解决大型基坑充水采用一般泵站抽水存在的机电设备多、工程投资大、安装速度慢、对场地要求高等缺陷,对采用虹吸管技术进行自动充水方案进行了研究,并对预应力混凝土管、钢管、球磨铸铁管、HDPE管等管材进行比选,确定了合理的管材.通过对虹吸管设计方案进行探析,保证其安全性、经济性和施工便捷性.
To address the significant shortcomings of using general pumping stations for water filling in large foundation pits,such as excessive mechanical and electrical equipment,high engineering investment,slow installation speed,and high site requirements,this article studies the automatic water filling scheme for a foundation pit of a water conservancy hub project using a siphon.The siphon is a pipeline that uses atmospheric pressure for pressure water delivery,with the advantages of simple construction technology and no need for additional power.And conducted a comparison and selection of prestressed concrete pipes,steel pipes,ball milled cast iron pipes,HDPE pipes,and other pipes,and determined a reasonable pipe material.By analyzing the design scheme of the siphon,ensure its safety,economy,and construction convenience.
