Expert consensus on endovascular treatment for deep venous post-thrombotic syndrome of lower extremity

下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征(PTS)是血管外科常见疾病,轻者以下肢肿胀、疼痛和沉重等为表现,重者则表现为下肢经久难愈的静脉性溃疡。然而,关于其诊断与腔内治疗,国内尚缺少统一共识。国内血管外科相关专家基于最新的临床试验结果、临床指南与临床经验,结合国内现状,就下肢深静脉PTS的流行病学、危险因素及其控制、诊断措施、治疗流程、外科治疗和随访措施等方面达成共识,为腔内治疗下肢深静脉PTS的临床实践提供指导。

Deep venous post-thrombotic syndrome(PTS)of lower extremity is a common disease in vascular surgery,in mild cases,it is manifested by swelling,pain,and heaviness of lower extremity;in severe cases,it is manifested by persistent and intractable venous ulcers of lower extremity.However,there is still a lack of consensus on diagnosis and endovascular treatment.Based on the latest clinical trial results,clinical guidelines and clinical experience,combined with the current situation in China,domestic vascular surgery experts have reached an expert consensus on the endovascular treatment for PTS in terms of its epidemiology,risk factors and their control,diagnostic measures,treatment procedures,surgical treatment and follow-up measures to provide guidance for clinical practice in treating patients with deep venous PTS of lower extremity.
