城中村改造项目的污染风险点分析及污染防治措施研究

文章详细分析研究了城中村改造工程从老旧建筑拆除、施工及运输车辆作业、建筑垃圾处理、地下土建施工、主体工程建设、内外墙处理、室内装修、小区配套设施建设各施工阶段中的可能的扬尘、车辆尾气、建筑垃圾、粘胶剂、声光、夜间扰民、地下水、餐厅油烟等环境污染风险点,并提出污染风险点的治理措施,对于树立绿色建筑施工管理理念[2],完善绿色建筑理论体系,保护生态环境系统健康发展提供有益借鉴。

The article analyzes and studies in detail the possible environmental pollution risk points such as fugitive dust,vehicle exhaust,construction waste,adhesive,sound and light,nighttime disturbance,underground water,groundwater,restaurant fumes and so on in the construction phases of the urban village renovation project from the aspect of demolition of old buildings,construction and transportation vehicle operations,construction waste disposal,underground civil construction,construction of the main body of the project,the treatment of the internal and external walls,indoor renovation,and construction of supporting facilities in the community,and put forward control measures for pollution risk points,which will provide useful reference for establishing green building construction management concept,improve the green building theory system,and protect the healthy development of the ecological environment system.
