为了深入开展建筑企业风险隐患的双重预防工作,利用信息化和网络化的技术,构建了建筑企业风险隐患双重预控管理体系。该体系改进了双重预防体系在应用中的隐患排查,隐患治理、应急预案分析编制、风险分级和评估等关键技术,完善了风险管控和隐患排查治理中的各个环节,增加了事故应急处置过程,进一步推动建筑企业安全管理的智能化、信息化进程。

In order to further carry out the dual prevention work of the risk and hidden danger of construction enterprises,the dual prevention management system of the risk and hidden danger of construction enterprises has been constructed by using the information and networking technology.This system has improved the key technologies of hidden danger investigation,hidden danger management,emergency plan analysis and preparation,risk classification and evaluation in the application of the dual prevention system,improved all links in risk management and control and hidden danger troubleshooting and governance,increased the process of accident emergency response,and further promoted the intelligent and information process of safety management of construction enterprises.
