In order to promote urban renewal and improve the transportation system within the city,relevant departments should adapt to the development of the times,integrate various intelligent technologies and information technologies into the transportation design,and build an intelligent transportation system.Therefore,guided by"urban renewal",the paper discusses the design requirements,construction objectives and specific design ideas of intelligent transportation in detail.By this way,the urban traffic conditions can be improved,the urban traffic congestion pressure can be effectively alleviated,the traffic order can be standardized,and the intelligent level of the urban traffic system can be improved.
