经角巩膜隧道青光眼引流阀植入术在新生血管性青光眼中的临床应用

The clinical application of transcorneoscleral tunnel glaucoma drainage valve implantation in neovascular glaucoma

目的探讨经角巩膜隧道青光眼引流阀植入术治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年9月在我院手术治疗的新生血管性青光眼患者8例8眼。均行经角巩膜隧道青光眼引流阀植入术。分析术前和末次随访患者视力、眼压,以及并发症的情况。结果术前眼压45.0~60.0 mmHg,平均54.7±6.5mmHg,末次随访眼压14.0~38.0mmHg,平均22.1±9.2mmHg。(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。术前平均视力为(2.5±0.1),末次随访平均视力为(2.0±0.5)。(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。术后并发症发生率低(12.5%),手术成功率高(87.5%)。结论经角巩膜隧道青光眼引流阀植入术不仅可以降低眼压,改善患者症状,还可以减少手术并发症的发生,治疗效果佳。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of implantation of corneoscleral tunnel glaucoma drainage valve in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma.Methods Eight patients((8 eyes)with Neovascular glaucoma who were operated in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected.All patients underwent glaucoma drainage valve implantation through corneoscleral tunnel.The best corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure and complications were analyzed before and after the operation.ResultsThe preoperative intraocular pressure was 45.0~60.0mmHg,with an average of 54.7±6.5mmHg.The last fllowup intraocular pressure was 14.0~38.0mmHg,with an average of 22.1±9.2mmHg.(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The average visual acuity before operation was 2.5±0.1,and the average visual acuity at the last fllow-up was 2.0±0.5.(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The postoperative complication rate was low(12.5%),and the surgical success rate was high(87.5%).Conclusion Transscleral tunnel glaucoma drainage valve implantation can not only reduce intraocular pressure,improve the symptoms of patients,but also reduce the occurrence of surgical complications.
