角膜塑形镜联合低浓度阿托品滴眼液对青少年轻中度非病理性近视控制效果临床观察

Clinical observation on the control effect of keratoplasty combined with low concentration atropine eye drops on juvenile mild to moderate non pathological myopia

目的研究角膜塑形镜联合低浓度(0.01%)阿托品滴眼液对青少年轻中度非病理性近视的控制效果及安全性。方法随机选取2018年至2019年在江苏省中医院溧阳分院眼科门诊,排除眼部器质性疾病,验光检查后的120例青少年轻中度近视(<-6.0ds),随机分为A、B两组,A组为角膜塑形镜联合低浓度(0.01%)阿托品滴眼液治疗组,B组为角膜塑形镜组。每组60例,年龄8-16岁,比较治疗前、后1年内视力、眼压、眼轴长度的变化及不良反应的情况。结果两组视力变化无统计学意义(P=0.314),两组眼压变化无统计学意义(P=0.954),两组眼轴长度变化有统计学意义(t=9.286,P<0.001),不良反应无差异。结论角膜塑形镜联合低浓度(0.01%)阿托品滴眼液对青少年轻中度近视的眼轴增长控制效果更佳。

Objective To study the control effect and safety of keratoplasty combined with low concentration(0.01%)atropine eye drops on juvenile mild to moderate non pathological myopia.MethodsFrom 2018 to 2019,120 young people with mild to moderate myopia(<6.Ods)after optometry were randomly selected from the ophthalmic clinic of Liyang branch of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into group A and group B.group A was treated with corneal plastic mirror combined with low concentration((0.01%)atropine eye drops,and group B was treated with corneal plastic mirror.60 cases in each group,aged 8-16 years,were compared with the changes of vision,intraocular pressure,axial length and adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results There were no significant changes in visual acuity(P=0.314),intraocular pressure(P=0.954),and axial length(t=9.286,P<0.001)in either group.Conclusion The combination of keratoplast and atropine eye drops with low concentration(0.01%)has a better control effect on the axial growth of juvenile myopia.
