贝复舒滴眼液联合更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床研究

Clinical study of beverly eye drops combined with ganciclovir eye drops in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis

目的探讨贝复舒滴眼液联合更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床效果。方法选择2018年10月~2019年10月于本院治疗的单疱病毒性角膜炎患者共110例。按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=55)及对照组(n=55)。对照组采用更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗(规格8ml/8mg,治疗剂量为患眼2滴/次,4次/d,间隔2h给药1次),观察组在此基础上联合贝复舒滴眼液治疗(更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗方案与对照组一致,贝复舒滴眼液规格:21000IU/5g/支,治疗剂量为患眼1滴/次,4次/d),两组均连续治疗10d。分别于治疗前、治疗10d后,采用总抗氧化能力试剂盒检测两组的抗氧化指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)],采用双抗夹心测定法泪液炎症因子水平[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6及IL-8]水平及症状消退时间。结果治疗后,两组SOD水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组;两组NO、GSH-Px水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(治疗后两组组间统计值:t=23.979、10.647、8.458,P均<0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(治疗后两组组间统计值:t=10.789、6.239、9.635,P均<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组充血、溃疡、角膜损伤、疼痛消退时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝复舒滴眼液联合更昔洛韦滴眼液可改善单疱病毒性角膜炎患者的机体抗氧化能力,缓解炎症反应,缩短症状消退时间。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of BFS eye drops combined with ganciclovir eye drops in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods 110 patients with herpes simplex keratitis treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=55).The control group was treated with ganciclovir eye drops(8ml/8mg),the treatment dose was 2 drops/time,4 times/D,and 1 time at an interval of (2H).On this basis,the observation group was treated with bevacizumab eye drops(the treatment scheme of ganciclovir eye drops was the same as that of the control group,the specification of Fushu eye drops was 21000iu/5G,and the treatment dose was 1 drop/time,4 times/D.Both groups were treated for 10 days.Before and 10 days after treatment,the antioxidant indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(no)]and glutathione peroxidase(GSH PX)Jof the two groups were detected by total antioxidant capacity kit,and the level of tear inflammatory factor[tumor necrosis factor]was measured by double antibody sandwich method-α(TNF-α)、Results After treatment,the levels of SOD in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of no and GSH PX in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of no and GSH PX in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(statistical values between the two groups after treatment:T=23.979,10.647,8.458,(P<0.05);after treatment,TNF in the two groups-α、The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=10.789,6.239 and 9.635,P<0.05).Conclusion BFS eye drops combined with ganciclovir eye drops can improve the antioxidant capacity of patients with herpes simplex keratitis,alleviate inflammatory reaction and shorten the time of symptom regression.
