高等医学院校全科医学教学体系优化策略

摘要 在健康中国战略背景下,我国全科医学人才队伍建设取得了突破性进展,数量和质量不断提高,教育政策和条件支持愈发完善,但全科医学教育发展仍存在人才供给与健康需求偏差。立足高等医学院校教育,着眼于全科医学人才培养模式,参考国内高校全科医学教育发展现状,剖析存在的问题、深入分析系列问题产生的原因,提出对应问题的解决方案和建议,从而对全科医学人才培养路径进行优化,以期培养“下得去、用得上、留得住”的应用型全科医学人才,也为高校全科医学教育提供更多发展经验和参考。 Under the strategic background of Healthy China,China has made breakthrough progress in the construction of general medicine talent pool,with continuous improvement in both quantity and quality,and increasingly comprehensive support from educational policies and conditions.However,there is still a discrepancy between the supply of general medicine talents and the demand for healthcare.Based on higher medical education,focusing on the training model of general medicine talents,and referring to the current development status of general medicine education in domestic universities,this paper analyzes the existing problems,delves into the causes of these problems,and proposes solutions and suggestions to optimize the training path for general medicine talents.The aim is to cultivate practical general medicine talents who can be deployed,utilized,and retained effectively,and to provide more development experience and references for general medicine education in universities.
