江苏新型研发机构赋能区域产业创新集群路径研究

当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展。创新与产业的深度融合,已经成为化解和破除经济发展诸多矛盾与困局的总突破口。新型研发机构是推动科技创新和经济社会发展深度融合的重要载体。江苏省历来高度重视产业创新集群以及新型研发机构建设。基于江苏省新型研发机构在赋能产业创新集群建设中仍存在机构专业定位不清、成果转化体系不全,优势资源释放有限、产业创新引领不强,机构交流统筹不足、协同创新共享不够,区域资源壁垒存在、区域联动服务不足等问题。文章探索新型研发机构以创新驱动服务区域产业创新集群发展的新模式与新机制,对江苏省建设科技强省和打造具有全球影响力的产业科技创新中心具有重要意义。

The world today is experiencing unprecedented changes,with a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation deepening.The deep integration of innovation and industry has become a general breakthrough for resolving and overcoming many contradictions and difficulties in economic development.New R&D institutions are an important carrier for promoting the deep integration of technological innovation and economic and social development.Jiangsu province has always attached great importance to the construction of industrial innovation clusters and new R&D institutions.Based on the fact that new R&D institutions in Jiangsu province still face problems such as unclear professional positioning,incomplete achievement transformation system,limited release of advantageous resources,weak industrial innovation leadership,insufficient institutional communication and coordination,insufficient collaborative innovation sharing,regional resource barriers,and insufficient regional linkage services in the construction of empowering industrial innovation clusters,the article explores a new model and mechanism for innovative R&D institutions to drive the development of regional industrial innovation clusters,which is of great significance for Jiangsu province to build a strong science and technology province and build an industrial technology innovation center with global influence.
