摘要
文章在分析高校实体书店发展现状及存在问题的基础上,引入新媒体时代用户消费行为分析SICAS模型,结合高校实体书店发展特点,从感知、兴趣与互动、联系与沟通、购买、分享5个方面提出高校实体书店的提振发展策略,以期为高校实体书店实现社会效益与经济效益的有机统一提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the development status and existing problems of physical bookstores in colleges and universities,this paper introduces the SICAS model of user consumption behavior analysis in the new media era,combines the development characteristics of physical bookstores in colleges and universities,and puts forward the boosting development strategy of physical bookstores in colleges and universities from five aspects:perception,interest and interaction,contact and communication,purchase and sharing.In order to provide reference for college physical bookstores to realize the organic unity of social benefits and economic benefits.
