钛合金激光增材制造技术研究与应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 阐述了钛合金激光选区熔化、钛合金激光熔粉沉积和钛合金激光熔丝沉积增材制造技术的原理及特点,并对钛合金激光增材制造技术的国内外应用现状进行了总结。分析表明,激光选区熔化技术、激光熔粉沉积技术和激光熔丝沉积技术是目前具有代表性且应用最广泛的三种钛合金激光增材制造技术,其中激光选区熔化技术和激光熔粉沉积技术均有很多典型产品已经获得商业应用,而激光熔丝沉积技术尚处于实验室向工程化应用过渡阶段。最后,对钛合金激光增材制造技术的发展方向进行了展望。 The principles and characteristics of titanium alloy laser selective melting,titanium alloy laser powder deposition,and titanium alloy laser wire deposition additive manufacturing technology were elaborated.The application status of titanium alloy laser additive manufacturing technology at home and abroad was summarized.Analysis shows that laser selective melting technology,laser powder deposition technology,and laser melt deposition technology are three representative and most widely used titanium alloy laser additive manufacturing technologies.Many typical products of laser selective melting technology and laser melt deposition technology have been commercially applied,and laser melt deposition technology is still in the transition stage from laboratory to engineering application.Finally,the development direction of titanium alloy laser additive manufacturing technology was prospected.
