高速冲击下特殊螺纹接头动态响应特性研究

摘要 为了定量分析冲击载荷对油套管特殊螺纹接头密封性能的影响,采用ABAQUS有限元软件作为结构非线性动力学仿真分析工具,模拟了特殊螺纹在冲击载荷下结构内部发生复杂相互接触作用的力学行为。结果表明,受到冲击载荷后的密封面处接触压力产生一些波动,但总体趋势跟上扣后一致,而密封面处的节点位移普遍增大,说明冲击载荷对密封面处节点的位置有一定的影响;其等效应力比上扣后的等效应力大,台肩处的轴向应力处于主导作用,同时受到径向应力的作用,此处的轴向应力普遍比上扣后的轴向应力和径向应力高,应力的趋势基本一致。 In order to quantitatively analyze the influence of impact load on the sealing performance of special threaded joints in oil and casing pipes,ABAQUS finite element software was used as a structural nonlinear dynamic simulation analysis tool to simulate the mechanical behavior of complex contact between special threads under impact load inside the structure.The results show that the contact pressure of the sealing surface after impact load produces some vibration,but the general trend is consistent with that after finishing the buckle,and the node displacement of the sealing surface generally increases,indicating that under the impact load,the position of the node at the sealing surface has a certain influence.Its equivalent stress is larger than the equivalent stress after buckling,and the axial stress at the shoulder is in the leading role,while the radial stress is affected.The axial stress here is generally higher than the axial stress and radial stress after buckling,and the trend of stress is basically the same.
