摘要
为了验证钢悬链立管用柔性接头的各项性能是否满足设计要求,对Φ304.8 mm钢悬链立管用柔性接头进行了最大转动角度、电气连续性、低压氮气、背部密封压力、静水压完整性、带压转动刚度及最大静水压力等各项测试。结果表明,Φ304.8 mm钢悬链立管用柔性接头的各项性能符合设计要求,满足柔性接头结构完整性、功能性及规范技术要求,可应用于实际工程作业。同时依据钢悬链立管柔性接头工作状态,提出了钢悬链立管柔性接头验收测试方法,解决了柔性接头验收测试问题。
In order to verify whether the performance of the flexible joints for steel catenary riser meets the design requirements,the maximum rotation angle test,electrical continuity test,low‑pressure nitrogen gas test,back sealing pressure test,hydrostatic integrity test,pressurized rotational stiffness test,and maximum hydrostatic pressure test of flexible joints forΦ304.8mm steel suspension chain risers have been conducted.The results show that the performance of the flexible joint used forΦ304.8 mm steel catenary riser meets the design requirements,the integrity,functionality,and specification technical requirements of the flexible joints,and can be fully applied to the operations.Meanwhile,according to the working state of steel catenary riser(SCR)flexible joints,the test method of steel catenary riser(SCR)flexible joints acceptance testing was successfully developed,and the problem of flexible joint acceptance testing was solved.
