周边离焦眼镜控制青少年近视进展效果的Meta分析 被引量:1

Meta-analysis of the Control Effect of Peripheral Defocus Spectacle Lenses on the Progression of Myopia in Adolescents

摘要 采用Meta分析方法系统评价文献中涉及的周边离焦眼镜控制青少年近视进展的效果。方法是检索从建库到2022年10月的中、英文文献数据库,经质量评价后选择6篇文献,提取1021名儿童使用周边离焦眼镜的数据,采用Revman 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果显示与单光镜片(SVLs)相比,周边离焦眼镜能够延缓近视儿童屈光度和眼轴长度的增长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。亚组分析结果中显示,使用周边离焦眼镜后的12个月中,能够控制屈光度和眼轴长度的增长;使用周边离焦眼镜后的12~24个月中效果不明显。周边离焦眼镜能够延缓青少年近视屈光度与眼轴的增长。 To systematically evaluate the effect of peripheral defocus spectacle lenses on adolescents’myopia control in literature databases using a Meta-analysis approach.A computerized search of Chinese and English literature databases was conducted with a search time frame from the establishment to 2022-10.After methodological quality evaluation,six literature articles,including 1021 children,were finally included,and Meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5.4 software.Results showed that peripheral defocus glasses were able to delay the growth of refraction and axial length in myopic children compared to single-vision lenses(SVLs),with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).In the results of the subgroup analysis,only the first 12 months of follow-up with peripheral defocusing glasses were able to control the increase in refraction and axial length,with no significant difference in the second 12 months of follow-up.Peripheral defocus myopic control lenses can delay the development of the spherical equivalent refraction and growth of axial length in children and adolescents.
