With economic development,there has been an increase in the proportion of engineering construction projects within fixed asset investment.Furthermore,there has been a growing awareness of the contractual rights protection by the contracting parties,leading to a substantial rise in contract disputes within engineering construction projects.This paper analyzes the current situation of cost disputes,including the content of disputes,the channels for handling disputes,the difficulties in handling project contract disputes,locating the content and key points of disputes in the terms of the construction project contract,and puts forward optimization measures and suggestions that can be taken for disputes.The study further provides optimization measures and recommendations to address the disputes and offers insights on integrating disputes and cases for reference.
