波流作用下核电拦污网水动力特性分析

摘要 拦污网作为核电厂取水口拦污设施,受海水冲击作用而变形,当受力超出极限承载时发生破坏,本文通过某核电厂取水拦污设施波浪模型网衣试验与有限元数值模拟方法共同研究拦污网水动力特性,得到锚绳及桩台在不同拦污网堵塞率条件下的受力变化,研究结果表明,建议锚绳直径大于16 mm,采用8点系缚,且拦污网堵塞率不超过36.7%。 As a sewage retention facility at the water intake of a nuclear power plant,the trash net will deform under the impact of seawater flow.When the impact force exceeds its ultimate bearing capacity,it may even be damaged.With the wave model physical tests and the finite element numerical simulation method,the hydrodynamic characteristics of the trash net at the water intake of a nuclear power plant are studied,and the stress conditions of the anchor ropes and pile platforms under different blockage rates of the trash net are determined.Based on the results,it is recommended that the anchor ropes should be of a diameter larger than 16 mm and adopt the 8-point tying mode,and the blockage rate of the trash net should not exceed 36.7%.
