摘要
随着智慧水利建设正深入推进与对水利工程风险管理的高度重视,本文提出加强智慧水利与工程风险管理统筹实施的顶层设计方案,减少重复建设及资源浪费,提高工程风险管理效率及精准度。在现有信息化建设基础上,针对主要风险因素搭建了智慧水利总体框架,构建网络安全态势与感知决策平台,提出了水利数据安全处理方案,可解决风险管理亟需解决的问题,提高水利工程管理的安全性以及经济效益。
With the development of smart water conservancy as well as the emphasis on risk management of water conservancy projects,the coordinated implementation of smart water conservancy and engineering risk management is becoming more and more important.A top-level design scheme to strengthen the coordinated implementation of smart water conservancy and engineering risk management is proposed,which can reduce duplicate construction and resource waste,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the engineering risk management.On the basis of the current information construction,a smart water conservancy framework is established considering the major risk factors.A network security situation and perception decision-making platform is constructed.A water conservancy data security treatment scheme is also proposed.Thus,the urgent problems existed in the risk management can be solved,and the safety and economic benefits of the water conservancy project management can be improved.
