摘要
本文结合新工科背景下的人才培养要求以及工程项目管理课程内容的特点,从教学理念、教学方法、教学手段和课程考核评价体系等4个方面对本课程进行系统的教学改革。基于“以学生为中心”的教学理念展开教学,将案例式教学法应用于课程教学过程中,让学生深度融入工程案例环境,使学生在工程问题的探索和讨论中学习理论知识,锻炼其创新能力、学习能力和协作能力;采用雨课堂可以丰富教学方式,将教学将师生间的互动模式多元化,有效促进学生学习兴趣和主动性;完善课程考核评价体系,更加客观、全面地掌握学生学习情况。经过本次教学改革,培养更加符合社会需求的新工科人才,同时也为其他工科类应用型课程提供教学创新参考。
Based on the talent training requirements under the background of new engineering and the characteristics of engineering project management course,this paper carries out systematically teaching reform from four aspects:teaching concept,teaching method,teaching means and course assessment and evaluation system.The teaching is expanded based on the“student-centered”teaching concept.The case-based learning method is applied to the course teaching process.The student can deeply integrate into the engineering case environment,and learn theoretical knowledge by exploration and discussion of engineering problems.The innovative ability,learning ability,collaboration ability.The interaction between teachers and students can be enriched by the rain classroom,which could promote the learning interest and initiative of students.The student learning date is mastered more objective and comprehensive by improving curriculum evaluation system.New engineering talents according with social needs are cultured through this teaching reform,and provide teaching innovation reference for other engineering applied courses.
