摘要
为了安全、科学地进行厂区内平面布置及工艺方案的优化,采用ALOHA软件对某综合罐区可能存在的池火灾、有毒气体扩散、BLEVE爆炸三种典型事故类型进行分析,计算了各事故类型影响范围。根据分析结果,提出了总图和工艺方面降低风险的控制措施,为相关实际工程设计提供了参考。
In order to safely and scientifically optimize the plane layout and process scheme in the plant,ALOHA software has been adopted to analyze the three typical accident types that might exist in a comprehensive tank farm,namely,pool fire,toxic gas diffusion and BLEVE(Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion),and the influence range of each accident type has been calculated.Based on the analysis results,control measures for risk reduction in terms of general plot plan and process have been put forward,providing reference for relevant practical engineering design.
