云南地区不同种类火山灰对聚羧酸减水剂及混凝土性能的影响研究

摘要 通过对云南不同种类火山灰进行烧失量、三氧化硫及粒度等性能测试,研究了不同种类火山灰对聚羧酸减水剂及混凝土性能的影响。研究结果表明:火山灰的粒度影响减水剂的减水性能,火山灰的烧失量影响减水剂的保坍性能。火山灰粒度越小,火山灰需水量越大,减水剂掺量越高。不同种类火山灰与外加剂之间的适应性不同,在减水剂相同掺量条件下,火山灰需水量比越高,混凝土状态越差;火山灰粒度越小,混凝土前期强度越低;火山灰烧失量越高,混凝土坍落度损失越快。 The effects of different kinds of volcanic ash on poly-carboxylic acid water-reducing agents and concrete properties have been studied by testing the loss on ignition(LOI),sulfur trioxide and particle size,etc.of different kinds of volcanic ash in Yunnan.The results show that the particle size and the LOI of volcanic ash affect the water reduction performance and the slump retention performance of water-reducing agents respectively.The smaller the ash particle size,the greater the ash water requirement and the higher the water-reducing agent content.The adaptability between different kinds of volcanic ash and admixtures is different.With the amount of water-reducing agent unchanged,the higher the water requirement ratio of ash,the worse the state of concrete;the smaller the ash particle size,the lower the early strength of concrete.The higher the ash LOI,the faster the concrete slump loss.
