复杂控制策略在二氧化碳生产过程中的应用

摘要 针对浙江晋巨化工有限公司二氧化碳生产装置工艺流程在加氧燃烧过程中存在大滞后、非线性、强耦合等复杂特性,以及加氧控制无法实现自调、脱烃热点温度波动大、氨冷器液位波动大、提纯塔塔顶放空量不稳定等问题,提出采用比例控制、串级控制的复杂控制策略进行技术改造,结果显示,改造后装置自动化水平大幅度提升,降低了操作人员劳动强度;装置放空气量减少,产品损失减少,装置的气耗大幅度下降,节约了生产成本,节能降耗效果显著。 The carbon dioxide production plant of Zhejiang Jinju Chemical Co.,Ltd.,has such complicated characteristics as large hysteresis,nonlinearity and strong coupling in the process of oxygenated combustion,as well as such problems as the inability of self-regulation in oxygenation control,large temperature fluctuation in de-hydrocarbon hot spot,large liquid level fluctuation in ammonia cooler,and unstable air venting at the top of purification tower.In view of the above,the complex control strategy of proportional control and cascade control is proposed for technical transformation.The result shows that the automation level of the plant is greatly improved after transformation,and reduction is seen in labor intensity of the operator,in product loss,as well as in air venting quantity and gas consumption of the plant.As a result,the production cost is saved,and remarkable effect is witnessed in energy saving and consumption reduction.
