摘要
为探究某脱硫再生塔换热管在使用过程中出现腐蚀穿孔问题的原因,观察了腐蚀穿孔管段的内外腐蚀壁面,对管段的截面和内壁面分别进行了金相分析和扫描电镜分析,并对管段腐蚀区域的产物进行了X-RAY能谱分析。结果表明,脱硫再生塔换热管因意外液滴侵入导致管道出现电化学腐蚀和斑块状腐蚀,进而出现穿孔问题,操作过程中防止凝液的出现是解决换热管出现腐蚀穿孔问题最有效的方法。
In order to investigate the cause of corrosion and perforation in the heat exchange tube of a desulphurization regenerator,the internal and external corrosion walls of the corroded&perforated tube section have been observed,and the cross section and inner walls have been analyzed via metal lographic analysis and scanning electron microscope analysis,and the products in the corroded area of the tube section have been analyzed via X-RAY energy spectrum.The results show that accidental droplet intrusion has led to electrochemical corrosion and plaque corrosion in the heat exchange tube of the desulfurization regenerator,which then led to perforation.Thus,the most effective solution against corrosion and perforation is to prevent occurrence of condensate during operation.
