摘要
为实现某型设备对多路电压和电流信号多路信号采集的功能。设计了一套基于32位MCU GD32F450ZET6的采集系统,最高可以多达40路信号的采集系统,实现了5路三相电压、4路三相电流,1路单相电压、电流,3路直流电压,2路直流电流的采集,共计34路的信号采集。通过2路SPI通信扩展2个8通道ADC模块,通过2路CAN,分别实现数据通信和程序升级功能。试验结果表明,电压、电流精度小于2%。本多信号采样系统体积小,可靠性高,智能化高,满足系统设计要求。
This paper design a multi-channel voltage and current sense system to meet a certain typeequipment。This sense system based on GD32F450ZET6,most up to 40 channels。The system realized 5 channels three-phase voltage,4 channels three-phase current,1 channel single-phase voltage,1 channel single-phase current,3 channels DC voltage,2 channels DC current sense,up to 34 channels signal.Used two SPI module communicating with two 8 channels ADC.There are 2 CAN module,one is used for communicating with to the host computer,the other is used for program upgrade bootloader.The experimentalresults show that the voltage and current acquisition accuracy is within 2%。This multi-channel signal acquisitionhas small size,high reliability,high intelligence meeting the system requirement.
