摘要 目的基于空间信息技术开展辽宁省北苍术生态适宜性和品质区划研究,分析辽宁省内适宜栽种北苍术的区域及影响其品质的生态因子。方法以收集的栽培北苍术采样点信息为基础,通过最大熵(MaxEnt)模型和ArcGIS软件对辽宁省北苍术生态适宜性进行研究;利用ArcGIS和SPSS23.0软件进行分析,构建基于挥发性成分β-桉叶醇、苍术酮、苍术素和水溶性成分苍术苷A的品质区划。结果影响北苍术生态适宜性的生态因子有7月份降水量、11月份平均温度、植被类型等,辽宁省北苍术生长最适宜区主要分布于朝阳、抚顺、铁岭等地区,4月份降水量、昼夜温差月均值、7月份降水量是影响北苍术品质的生态因子。结论辽宁省大部分地区适宜栽种北苍术,尤其辽宁西部地区的生态适宜度较高,4月份降水量是影响栽培北苍术质量的主要生态因子。本研究可为辽宁省北苍术的规范化种植提供依据。 Objective To study the ecological suitability and quality regionalization of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.in Liaoning Province based on spatial information technology;To find out the suitable planting areas and ecological factors affecting the quality of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.Methods Based on the collected sampling site information,the ecological suitability of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.in Liaoning Province was studied by using MaxEnt model and ArcGIS software.ArcGIS and SPSS 23.0 softwares were used to construct quality zoning based on volatile components ofβ-cineole,atractylone,atractylodin tin and water-soluble component atractyloside A.Results The main ecological factors affecting the ecological suitability of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.were precipitation in July,mean temperature in November,vegetation type and so on.In Liaoning Province,the most suitable areas for the growth of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.were mainly distributed in Chaoyang,Fushun,Tieling and so on.Precipitation in April,monthly mean value of temperature difference between day and night and precipitation in July were the ecological factors affecting the quality of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.Conclusion It is suitable for planting Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.in most areas of Liaoning Province,especially in western Liaoning Province.Precipitation in April is the main ecological factor affecting the quality of cultivated Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.This study can provide the basis for the standardized planting of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.in Liaoning Province.
