黄元御长安学术流派辨治脾胃病用药规律数据挖掘研究

Study on Medication Law of Huang Yuanyu Chang'an Academic School in the Treatment of Spleen-stomach Diseases Based on Data Mining

目的运用数据挖掘技术探讨黄元御长安学术流派辨治脾胃病的理论思想和用药组方特点。方法收集黄元御长安学术流派代表人物医案,应用Excel2019软件对医案处方进行药物频次、性味归经、功能所属统计分析。采用SPSS Modeler 18.0和Cytoscape3.9.1软件对核心药物进行探索,使用RStudio4.2.1软件Apriori算法进行关联规则分析,使用RStudio4.2.1对核心药物进行聚类和药物剂量分析,使用SPSS Statistics 25软件对核心药物进行因子分析。结果共纳入159首处方,涉及186味中药,累计频次为1992。28味核心药物中,以白芍、茯苓、法半夏频次最高;药性以温性最多,药味以苦、辛、甘味使用最频繁,归经多归脾、肺、胃、肝经。关联规则分析得到置信度>80%、支持度>30%的关联规则59条,按提升度大小前3位分别为茯苓-苦杏仁→法半夏、白芍-茯苓-苦杏仁→法半夏、白芍-苦杏仁→法半夏。聚类分析共聚成10类,公因子分析共生成9个公因子,二者结果相似。突出以“验方下气汤”为首的中药组合。结论黄元御长安学术流派辨治脾胃病以中气升降为核心思想,以“白芍-茯苓-法半夏”为核心药物,以“验方下气汤”为中流砥柱,开创了中气升降、相火周流的新理念,为中医脾胃系疾病的治疗奠定了坚实的理论基础。

Objective To explore the theoretical ideas and the characteristics of the prescriptions used in the treatment of spleen-stomach diseases in Huang Yuanyu Chang'an academic school through data mining methods.Methods The medical cases of Huang Yuanyu Chang'an academic school representatives were colledcted.Excel 2019 software was used to make statistical analysis of the frequency,property,taste and meridian,and function of the medicines included in the medical cases.SPSS Modeler 18.0 in conjunction with Cytoscape 3.9.1 software was used to explore the core medicines and the Apriori algorithm in RStudio 4.2.1 was used for association rule analysis.This was followed by clustering and drug dose analysis of the core medicines using RStudio 4.2.1.Finally,factor analysis was performed on the core herbal drugs using SPSS Statistics 25.Results A total of 159 prescriptions involving 186 kinds of Chinese materia medica were included,with a total frequency of 1992 times.Among the 28 core medicines,Paeoniae Radix alba,Poria and Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum were with the highest frequency;the main property was warm,main tastes were bitter,pungent and sweet,and meridian tropism was mainly spleen,lung,stomach,and liver meridians.Analysis of association rules resulted in 59 groups of association rules with a confidence level of>80%and a support level of>30%,with the top 3 ranking according to the degree of improvement,Poria-Armeniacae Semen Amarum→Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum,Paeoniae Radix alba-Poria-Armeniacae Semen Amarum→Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum,Paeoniae Radix alba-Armeniacae Semen Amarum→Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum,respectively.Clustering analysis was clustered into 10 categories,and common factor analysis generated 9 common factors,with similar results.The TCM combination of Yanfang Xiaqi Decoction was highlighted.Conclusion Huang Yuanyu Chang'an Academic School treats spleen-stomach diseases with the core idea of ascending and descending the middle qi,the core medicine of“Paeoniae Radix alba,Poria,and Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum”,and the mainstay of“Yanfang Xiaqi Decoction”,creating the new idea of ascending and descending the middle qi,ministerial fire circulation,which would lay a solid theoretical foundation for the treatment of spleen-stomach diseases in TCM.
