中医药防治结直肠息肉研究文献可视化分析

Visual Analysis on Research Literature of TCM Prevention andTreatment of Colorectal Polyps

目的 分析中医药防治结直肠息肉领域的研究现状、热点和前沿,为临床和科研提供参考。方法 计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)收录的1977年1月-2022年6月中医药防治结直肠息肉研究文献。采用Excel2019、VOSviewer1.6.18和CiteSpace5.8.R3软件对发文量、来源期刊、作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献438篇,年发文量总体呈上升趋势,主要发表于《中国中西医结合消化杂志》(18篇)、《中国肛肠病杂志》(11篇)等期刊;核心作者共24位,占作者总数的2.62%,形成了以林一凡、张北平、刘杨、韩树堂、夏军权、饶振芳等为代表的研究团队;发文最多的机构为南京中医药大学(31篇)。高频关键词有结直肠息肉、腺瘤性息肉、中医证型、复发、中医体质、中医药治疗等;关键词聚类显示中医证型、结直肠癌、辨证论治、电子肠镜、管状腺瘤、中药灌肠、临床观察、复发为研究热点;关键词突现预测肠道菌群、病理、满意度、危险因素是研究前沿。结论 近年中医药防治结直肠息肉领域的研究热度逐年上升,研究热点主要集中于病因病机及临床研究方面。

Objective To analyze the present researching status, hotspots and frontiers of prevention andtreatment measure of colorectal polyps with TCM;To provide reference for the clinical and scientific research.Methods The research literature on the TCM prevention and treatment of colorectal polyps was retrieved fromCNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data and CBM from January 1977 to June 2022. Excel 2019, CiteSpace 5.8.R3 and VOSviewer1.6.18 were used to visually analyze the number of papers, published journals, authors, institutions and keywords.Results A total of 438 articles were included, and the annual number of articles was on the rise, mainly published inChinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine on Digestion (18 articles), Chinese Journal ofColoproctology (11 articles) and other journals;there are 24 core authors, accounting for 2.62% of the total number ofauthors, forming research teams represented by Lin Yifan, Zhang Beiping, Liu Yang, Han Shutang, Xia Junquan, RaoZhenfang, etc;Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine issued the most papers (31 articles). High-frequencykeywords included colorectal polyps, adenomatous polyps, TCM symptom type, recurrence, TCM constitution, TCMtreatment, etc. The keywords clustering analysis showed that TCM symptom type, colorectal cancer, dialecticaltreatment, electronic colonoscopy, tubular adenoma, TCM enema, clinical observation, and recurrence were theresearch hotspots. Keywords emergence analysis predicted that intestinal flora, pathology, satisfaction and risk factorswould be the research frontier. Conclusion In recent years, the research popularity in the field of TCM in the prevention and treatment of colorectal polyps has increased year by year. The research hotspots mainly focus onetiology and pathogenesis, and clinical research.
