Analysis of Dai Lisan's thinking and methods in the differentiation and treatment of blood syndrome

戴丽三先生为云南四大名医之一,笔者通过学习先生遗作《戴丽三医疗经验选》,发现先生在治疗血证时,临证上机圆法活,常另辟蹊径,屡起疑难重症,颇具特色。故从该书中涉及血证的案例,探讨戴丽三先生治疗血证重视脾土、水中置介、调摄冲任、巧用寒温、先因伏主的思想经验,并介绍先生所创制之有效良方。

Mr.Dai Lisan is one of the four famous doctors in Yunnan.Through studying his posthumous work Selected Medical Experience of Dai Lisan,the author finds that when treating a blood syndrome in clinic,Mr.Dai Lisan often properly and flexibly takes a different approach to deal with those difficult and critical cases,which is quite distinctive.Therefore,based on the cases related to blood syndrome in the book,this article explores Mr.Dai Lisan's thought and experience in his treatment of blood syndrome,such as attaching importance to the spleen function,adding drugs as a mediator for reinforcing the kidney,regulating and maintaining the thoroughfare and conception channels,skillfully using drugs with cold and warm natures,and choosing a proper method by strictly adhering to the core pathogenesis.Besides,the paper makes an introduction to the effective prescriptions created by him.
