室性并行心律合并二、三联律的散点图特点及数学原理

Characteristics and mathematical principles of scatter plot of ventricular parasystole with double and triple rhythm

摘要 选取根据动态心电图诊断为室性并行心律的典型病例,总结室性并行心律合并二、三联律的Lorenz散点图及差值散点图的特点。利用数学原理,分析并计算Lorenz散点图中室性早搏点集(NVN)、二联律点集(VNV)及差值散点图中二联律相关点集(NVNV、VNVN)、三联律特征性点集(VNNV)的直线方程;再应用几何画板制作其数学模型,为临床快速准确诊断提供可靠依据。 We selected typical cases diagnosed with ventricular parasystole according to ambulatory electrocardiography,and summarized the characteristics of Lorenz scatter plot and difference scatter plot of ventricular parasystole with double and triple rhythm.By using mathematical principles,we analyzed and calculated the linear equations of the premature ventricular contraction point set(NVN)and the double rhythm point set(VNV)in the Lorenz scatter plot,and the double rhythm related point sets(NVNV and VNVN)and the characteristic point set of triple rhythm(VNNV)in the difference scatter plot.The mathematical model was constructed by the Geometer Sketchpad to provide reliable basis for rapid and accurate clinical diagnosis.
