关于《心电图动态演变为Aslanger样心肌梗死1例》的商榷

Different opinions on an article titled“A case of myocardial infarction with dynamically evolved Aslanger pattern in ECG”

对《实用心电学杂志》2023年第2期发表的《心电图动态演变为Aslanger样心肌梗死1例》提出疑问,认为该病例中的心电图改变实为急性下壁合并正后壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死的动态演变,而并非Aslanger样改变或Aslanger征。

This paper raises a query on the case report titled“A case of myocardial infarction with dynamically evolved Aslanger pattern in ECG”published in the 2nd issue of Journal of Practical Electrocardiology in 2023.We consider that the ECG change in this case was actually a dynamic evolution of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction in the inferior and posterior wall,but not Aslanger-like changes or the Aslanger pattern.
