交联聚维酮调控精油释放的机制研究

摘要 目的采用交联聚维酮固化陈皮青皮挥发油,研究交联聚维酮对陈皮青皮挥发油挥发率及稳定性的影响。方法采用交联聚维酮固化陈皮青皮挥发油,以D-柠檬烯为指标,对交联聚维酮固化挥发油粉末的稳定性进行研究,根据挥发油的吸附率优选交联聚维酮最佳用量。对陈皮青皮挥发油、交联聚维酮固化挥发油粉末以及压片后的片剂进行挥发规律的研究,对挥发油中34个化学成分的挥发规律进行聚类分析。结果陈皮青皮挥发油与交联聚维酮的最佳固化比例为4∶5,陈皮青皮挥发油、交联聚维酮固化粉末以及片剂中的34个化学分挥发规律基本一致。陈皮青皮挥发油被交联聚维酮固化后其挥发速率减慢,稳定性提高。结论交联聚维酮固化陈皮青皮挥发油具有缓释作用,可进一步开发研究。 OBJECTIVE The volatile oil from Pericarpium citri Reticulatae was cured with cross-linked povidone,and the effect of cross-linked povidone on the volatile rate and stability of the volatile oil from Pericarpium citri Reticulatae was studied.METHODS The volatile oil of Pericarpium citri Reticulatae was cured by cross-linked povidone.The stability of the volatile oil powder cured by cross-linked povidone was studied with D-limonene as the index.The optimal amount of cross-linked povidone was selected according to the adsorption rate of the volatile oil.The volatile rules of volatile oil from Pericarpium citri reticulatum,cross-linked povidone solidified volatile oil powder and tablets after compression were studied,and the volatile rules of 34 chemical components in the volatile oil were cluster analyzed.RESULTS The optimum curing ratio of volatile oil and cross-linked povidone from Pericarpium citri reticulatum was 4∶5.The volatile rules of 34 chemical components in the volatile oil,cross-linked povidone curing powder and tablets were basically consistent.The volatile oil of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae was cured by cross-linked povidone,and its volatilization rate was slowed down,and its stability was improved.CONCLUSION The volatile oil of dried tangerine peel cured with cross-linked povidone has a slow release effect,which can be further developed.
