2022年某院住院部输液处方点评及纠错后成效对比

Comparison of Evaluation and Correction Results of Infusion Prescriptions in the Inpatient Department of a Hospital in 2022

目的回顾某院住院部输液处方,分析并改进处方,促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取某医院2022年3~6月住院部输液处方,以两人为一组,依据相关处方管理办法,对处方进行讨论。将常见错误处方汇总分析后,与临床医生讨论,督促医生改进用药方案,促进临床合理用药。抽取7~10月处方,分析处方并比较不合格率,对比处方纠错后的成效。结果共收集3~6月处方800张,其中不合理处方21张,不合格率2.63%,经处方纠错后,随机抽取7~10月处方800张,其中不合理处方8张,不合格率1.00%。依据统计学卡方检验分析,P<0.05,有显著差异。结论在某院处方点评后,督促医生改进用药方案,可以促进临床合理用药,效果较为显著。

OBJECTIVE To review the infusion prescriptions in the inpatient department of a hospital,analyze and improve the prescriptions,and promote rational drug use in clinic.METHODS Infusion prescriptions were randomly selected from the inpatient department of a hospital from March to June 2022.Two people were taken as a group to discuss the prescriptions according to relevant prescription management methods.Common incorrect prescriptions were summarized and analyzed,and clinicians were consulted in order to urge doctors to improve medication plans and promote rational drug use in clinical practice.Prescriptions from July to October were selected,and their unqualified rates were analyzed.Additionally,the effect of correcting prescription errors was compared.RESULTS A total of 800 prescriptions were collected from March to June,among which 21 were unreasonable prescriptions,the unqualified rate was 2.63%.After prescription error correction,800 prescriptions were randomly selected from July to October,among which 8 were unreasonable prescriptions,the unqualified rate was 1.00%.Statistical analysis using the Chi-square test showed a significant difference with P<0.05.CONCLUSION After prescription review in a hospital,urging doctors to improve medication plan can promote clinical rational drug use,and the effect is significant.
