广东信宜特色南药产业发展现状及建议

Status and suggestions on characteristic industry of southern herbal medicine in Xinyi of Guangdong

信宜市是典型的“八山一水一分地”山区农业市,具有适宜种植南药的地形地貌、气候、土壤和水资源等自然条件,信宜种植南药历史悠久,种植业基础良好。本研究系统分析信宜市特色南药资源情况、保护现状、种植现状和南药产业发展现状。针对南药产业发展过程中存在的上级管理部门不明确不健全、南药种源缺乏保护、种植技术和病虫害防治技术不规范、南药加工及产品研发等整体水平不高、产品产销信息不畅、南药大健康产业尚未形成、南药人才队伍数量匮乏等问题提出相应对策。建议充分发挥中医药科技力量支撑引领作用,综合开发利用南药资源,推进南药规范化种植、深加工、产品研发,提升中药饮片和中成药质量,大力发展南药大健康文旅产业,推动信宜南药产业高质量发展。

Xinyi is a typical agricultural city in the mountainous area of"eight mountains,one water and one land".It has natural conditions such as landform,climate,soil and water resources that are suitable for planting southern herbal medicine.Xinyi has a long history of planting southern herbal medicine and a good foundation for plantation.This study systematically analyzes the situation,protection status,planting status,and development status of characteristic southern herbal medicine resources in Xinyi.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed to solve the problems existing in the development of the southern herbal medicine industry,such as unclear and imperfect superior management departments,lack of protection of the southern herbal medicine seed sources,non-standard planting technology and pest control technology,low overall level of the southern herbal medicine processing and product research and development,poor product production and marketing information,the big health industry of southern herbal medicine has not yet formed,and the lack of talent team of southern herbal medicine.It is suggested to give full play to the supporting and leading role of scientific and technological forces of traditional Chinese medicine,comprehensively develop and utilize the resources of southern herbal medicine,promote the standardized planting,deep processing and product research and development of southern herbal medicine,improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,vigorously develop the big health culture and tourism industry of southern herbal medicine,and promote the high-quality development of Xinyi southern herbal medicine industry.
