构思-设计-实施-运作教学模式联合情景模拟教学法在规培护士心肺复苏培训中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨构思-设计-实施-运作(CDIO)教学模式联合情景模拟教学法在规培护士心肺复苏(CPR)培训中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2020年12月至2021年9月广东省中医院新入职的98名规培护士作为研究对象,根据CPR培训方法的差异分为对照组(48名)和观察组(50名)。对照组采用常规培训模式,观察组采用CDIO教学模式联合情景模拟教学法。比较两组的CPR理论知识成绩、操作水平评分及对CPR培训的满意度。结果培训前,两组的CPR理论知识成绩和操作水平评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,两组的CPR理论知识成绩和操作水平评分均高于本组培训前,且观察组的CPR理论知识成绩和操作水平评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,两组对培训内容的满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组对培训方法和培训效果的满意度高于对照组,差具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将CDIO教学模式联合情景模拟教学法运用到规培护士CPR培训中,可提高规培护士的CPR理论知识水平和操作水平,同时促进其对培训方法和培训效果满意度的提升。 Objective To explore the application effect of conceive-design-implement-operate(CDIO)teaching mode combined with scenario simulation teaching method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training of standardized training nurses.Methods A total of 98 newly recruited standardized training nurses in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.According to the differences in CPR training methods,they were divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(50 cases).The control group adopted the conventional training mode,while the observation group adopted the CDIO teaching mode combined with scene simulation teaching method.The theoretical knowledge scores of CPR,operation level scores and satisfaction with CPR training were compared between the two groups.Results Before training,there were no statistically significant differences in the theoretical knowledge score and operation level score of CPR between the two groups(P>0.05).After training,the theoretical knowledge scores and operation level scores of CPR in the two groups were higher than those before training,and the theoretical knowledge scores and operation level scores of CPR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,there was no statistically significant difference in the satisfaction of the training content between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with the training method and training effect were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CDIO teaching mode combined with scenario simulation teaching method in CPR training of standardized training nurses can improve the theoretical knowledge and operation level of CPR of standardized training nurses,and promote the improvement of their satisfaction with the training method and training effect.
