音乐疗法联合减压球放松疗法在普通胃镜检查中的应用

Application of music therapy combined with decompression ball relaxation therapy in general gastroscopy

目的探讨音乐疗法联合减压球放松疗法在缓解普通胃镜检查受检者焦虑状态、应激反应、不良反应以及提高满意度中的作用。方法选取2021年2月至8月于厦门大学附属翔安医院行普通胃镜检查的198例受检者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(49例)、音乐组(49例)、减压球组(50例)、联合组(50例)。对照组行常规护理,音乐组在常规护理基础上行音乐疗法,减压球组在常规护理基础上行减压球放松疗法,联合组在常规护理基础上行音乐疗法联合减压球放松疗法。比较四组受检者检查前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、血压、心率及插镜时长、出现不良反应的次数,并采用自行设计的主观评价满意度问卷调查各组受检者对护理措施的满意度。结果音乐组、减压球组和联合组焦虑自评量表得分、应激反应(血压、心率)低于对照组,不良反应次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);音乐组、减压球组和联合组受检者插镜时长短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);音乐组、减压球组和联合组受检者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普通胃镜检查时应用音乐疗法联合减压球放松疗法进行干预,可有效缓解焦虑状态,降低血压及心率上升幅度,缩短插镜时长,减少不良反应的发生,提升受检者的满意度,具有一定的推广价值。

Objective To explore the role of music therapy combined with decompression ball relaxation therapy in relieving anxiety,reducing stress and adverse reaction and improving satisfaction of patients undergoing general gastroscopy.Methods A total of 198 patients who underwent general gastroscopy in Xiang'an Hospital of Xiamen University from February to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(49 cases),music group(49 cases),decompression ball group(50 cases)and combination group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,music group performed music therapy on the basis of routine nursing,decompression ball group received decompression ball relaxation therapy on the basis of routine nursing,combination group received music therapy combined with decompression ball relaxation therapy on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),blood pressure,heart rate,duration of gastroscopy insertion and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the four groups of subjects before and after the examination.A self-designed subjective evaluation satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of the subjects in each group with the nursing measures.Results The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale,stress reactions(blood pressure,heart rate)and the number of adverse reactions in the music group,decompression ball group and combination group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of gastroscopy insertion in music group,decompression ball group and combination group were shorter than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of subjects in the music group,decompression ball group and combination group were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Music therapy combined with decompression ball relaxation therapy can effectively relieve anxiety,reduce blood pressure and heart rate rise,shorten the gastroscopy insertion time,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of patients during the general gastroscopy,which has certain promotion value.
