基于TI DSP的永磁同步电机三电阻电流采样的实现

摘要 为实现永磁同步电机(PMSM)的高性能、低成本矢量控制,改进三电阻电流采样法。针对三电阻电流采样法存在非观测区的问题,提出了根据脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)波形动态设置电流采样点、对PWM进行移相重构电机电流的方法,提高母线电压利用率,提升电机控制系统的输出能力。基于德州仪器公司的数字信号处理器(TI DSP)平台实现该方法的软件算法,通过实验验证本文方法的正确性和可靠性。 In order to realize the low cost and high performance vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),in or current study we propose an improved method of three-shunt resistors current sampling.Aiming at the nonobservation area of the three-resistance current sampling method,we develop a method to reconstruct the motor current by dynamically setting the current sampling point and shifting the phase of pulse width modulation(PWM)according to the waveform,which improved the bus voltage utilization and the output capability of the motor control system.Besides,we further describe the software algorithm of the proposed method based on Texas Instruments digital signal processors(TI DSP)platform,and verify the correctness and reliability of the method through experiments.
