摘要
运用多因素方差分析,对N大学不同性别、学科属性、专业满意度的学生与教师在9个方面的交往频率进行了研究分析。结果表明,学生的专业满意度越高,师生交往面越宽、交往频率越高;学科属性对学生与教师的交往频率影响显著,人文学科类学生与教师的学习交往频率最低;男女生除了因性格优势不同而存在师生交往差异外,人文学科类专业男少女多的严重性别失衡会影响男生与教师的交往。
Using Multivariate analysis of variance,this paper studies and analyzes the nine aspects of interaction between teachers and students with different genders,subject attributes and professional satisfaction in N University.The results show that the higher the professional satisfaction is,the wider and more frequent the interaction between students and teachers is.Subject attributes have a significant impact on the interaction between students and teachers,students majoring in humanities have the lowest frequency of learning and communicating with teachers.Besides the differences in interaction caused by the personality advantages of the male and female students,serious gender imbalance of male and female students majoring in humanities affects the interaction of male students with teachers.
