丁氏推拿对肩峰下撞击综合征患者肩峰下间隙的影响及其疗效相关性分析

[目的]探究丁氏推拿对肩峰下撞击综合征(SIS)患者肩峰下间隙(AHI)的影响,观察AHI与临床疗效的相关性。[方法]对30例SIS患者使用丁氏推拿治疗,每周治疗2次,共治疗4周。观察SIS患者治疗前后加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)肩关节评分、Constant-Murley评分、简化McGill疼痛评分、AHI、肩峰指数值(AI)的变化情况。[结果]经治疗30例患者UCLA肩关节评分、Constant-Murley评分、简化McGill疼痛评分、AHI和AI均较前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]丁氏推拿能有效缓解SIS患者的疼痛、改善肩关节活动度等临床症状,其改善作用主要与增加AHI及AI相关。

[Objective]To explore the effect of DING’s massage on subacromial space in patients with subacromial impingement syndrome(SIS),and observe the correlation between subacromial space and clinical efficacy.[Methods]The 30 patients with SIS were treated with DING’s massage twice a week for 4 weeks.The changes of UCLA shoulder joint score,Constant-Murley score,simplified McGill pain score,subacromial space value(AHI)and acromion index value(AI)of SIS patients were observed before and after treatment.[Results]The UCLA,Constant-Murley score,simplified McGill pain score,subacromial space(AHI)and acromial index(AI)of 30 patients after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).[Conclusion]DING’s massage can effectively relieve the pain and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with SIS,such as the range of motion of the shoulder joint.Its improvement is mainly related to the increase of the subacromial space and the acromial index.
