摘要
避雷器是变电站必不可少的重要设备之一,其能否稳定运行直接影响主设备的安全。对带电检测过程中发现的金属氧化物避雷器运行中的阻性电流异常进行了研究,通过停电试验、解体检查等方式,对试验数据进行差异化分析,最终确定为受潮故障。针对此次分析,发现采用多种检测方法对避雷器进行综合分析与评价,对于及时发现其内部缺陷有一定的效果;同时在避雷器结构设计选型和运行人员的维护方面提出了建议,以提高避雷器的运行可靠性。
An arrester is one of the essential equipment in substation,and its stable operation directly affects the safety of the main equipment.In this paper,the abnormal resistive current during the operation of metal oxide arrester(MOA)found in the process of charged detection is studied.Differentiated analysis of the test data is carried out through power-off tests,disassembly inspections and other methods,and finally it is determined to be a damp fault.Based on this analysis,it is found that the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of arresters with a variety of detection methods has certain effect on the timely detection of its internal defects.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward on the design and selection of arrester structure and the maintenance of operators,so as to improve the operation reliability of arresters.
