By analyzing the causes and influence factors of the alienation of ethnic sports,it is proposed that we should face up to the reality of the development and change of ethnic sports and establish correct value orientations and a perfect value system by changing concepts,that we should strengthen the protection and inheritance of the diversity of ethnic sports culture and strengthen cultural confidence,and that we should take fitness demand as a breakthrough,and take measures such as guiding ethnic sports to actively serve the development of national fitness and government departments strengthening policy and legal support and guarantee,so as to avoid and eliminate unfavorable factors in the development process of ethnic sports,enable ethnic sports in China to be better adapt to the new era and smoothly promote in modern society,and enable it to maintain strong vitality,healthy continuation and development and shine more brilliantly in the new era.
