摘要
妥拉海河石墨矿为大鳞片晶质石墨,对其开展选矿试验研究,完成粗选条件试验、开路和闭路选矿试验。原矿经“一次粗选、二次扫选、粗精四段再磨、四次精选、中矿顺序返回”的闭路选矿后,可分别获得石墨精矿固定碳品位96.15%、95.26%,回收率97.23%、96.27%的选别指标。结果表明该石墨矿可选性能优异,具有较高的经济价值,开发利用前景好。
The Tuolahaihe graphite mine is large scale crystalline graphite.Beneficiation test research was carried out on it,and rough beneficiation condition test,open circuit and closed circuit beneficiation test were completed.After the closed-circuit beneficiation of raw ore"one roughing,two scavenging,four stage regrinding of roughing and refining,four cleaning,and the return of middling in sequence",the separation indicators of fixed carbon grades of graphite concentrate of 96.15%,95.26%,and recovery of 97.23%and 96.27%can be obtained respectively.The results show that the graphite ore has excellent beneficiation performance,high economic value and good development and utilization prospects.
