摘要
文章分析了贵港市小型生物质锅炉烟气的特点及现有布袋除尘系统的缺陷,设计了一种并联低阻双筒旋风除尘+火星捕捉降温+阻燃剂包裹+布袋除尘的处理系统,研究了该系统的工艺优化设计对大颗粒粉尘除去、火星捕捉以及气化焦油包裹捕集效果的影响。以8 t/h生物质锅炉烟气处理为例,考察了烟气除尘系统运行的稳定性和连续性,结果表明,除尘效率可达99.99%,烟尘排放浓度≤10 mg/m^(3),林格曼黑度<1,能够长期稳定超低值排放运行。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the flue gas of small biomass boilers in Guigang city and the defects of the existing bag dust removal system,and designs a parallel low-resistance double-barrel cyclone dust removal+spark capture cooling+flame retardant wrapping+bag dust removal treatment system.The influence of the process optimization design of the system on the removal of large particles of dust,the capture of sparks and the capture gasification tar wrapping is studied.Taking the flue gas treatment of an 8t/h biomass boiler as an example,the stability and continuity of the operation of the flue gas dust removal system are investigated.The results show that the dust removal efficiency can reach 99.99%,the dust emission concentration is≤10 mg/m^(3),and the Ringelmann blackness is<1,which can stabilize the ultra-low emission operation for a long time.
