稀土不锈钢合金材料研制与性能测试及其应用

摘要 稀土不锈钢合金材料是钢铁、环保、电力、冶炼、化工、造纸等多个行业技术设备急需的耐腐耐磨材料,需求量大,使用寿命长。过流部件是离心泵重要的组成部分,其质量决定了离心泵的使用性能和寿命。使用铸铁、304和316L不锈钢等材料制造的离心泵过流部件使用寿命仅有短短的2~3个月,国外耐腐耐磨离心泵核心过流部件寿命一般能达到1年以上。基于此,开展了新型稀土不锈钢合金材料研制,对研制的稀土不锈钢合金材料耐腐、耐磨损、机械性能等进行了测试,并用于离心泵过流部件的制造。 Rare earth stainless steel alloy material is a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant material urgently needed for technical equipment in various industries such as steel, environmental protection, electricity, smelting, chemical industry, papermaking, etc., with a high demand and long service life. The flow passage component is an important component of a centrifugal pump, and its quality determines its performance and lifespan. The service life of the flow passage components of centrifugal pumps made of materials such as cast iron, 304, and 316L stainless steel is only 2 to 3 months, while the service life of the core flow passage components of foreign corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant centrifugal pumps can generally reach over 1 year. Based on this, the development of a new type of rare earth stainless steel alloy material was carried out, and the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, mechanical properties, etc. of the developed rare earth stainless steel alloy material were tested, and used in the manufacturing of centrifugal pump flow components.
