高职医学类院校现代产业导师制度研究——以广西卫生职业技术学院为例

Research on Modern Industrial Tutor System in Higher Vocational Medical Colleges——Taking Guangxi Health Technical Vocational College as an Example

从现代产业导师特聘岗位计划的提出背景出发,文章结合广西卫生职业技术学院的实际情况和特色,分析高职医学类院校现代产业导师制度存在的困境,探索构建现代产业导师制度的路径,以打造“政行校院企”跨界融合的大健康服务命运共同体,推动产教深度融合,促进学校教育教学水平和医药卫生专业人才培养质量不断提升,实现学校的内涵式发展,为健康中国、健康广西建设提供可靠的人才保障。

Starting from the background of the proposal of the special post plan for modern industrial mentors, this article, in combination with the actual situation and characteristics of Guangxi Health Technical Vocational College, analyzes the difficulties of the modern industrial mentoring system in higher vocational medical colleges, explores the path to build a modern industrial mentoring system, so as to create a community of shared future for health services with cross-border integration of "government, administration, schools, enterprises", promote the deep integration of industry and education, and promote the continuous improvement of school education and teaching level, as well as the quality of talent cultivation in the field of medicine and health, to achieve the connotative development of the school, and provide reliable talent guarantee for the construction of a healthy China and a healthy Guangxi.
