重力对汽车侧围上部内板回弹影响的研究

摘要 针对梁类件形状简单但刚性较差的特点,在前期CAE分析阶段参考几何公差中零件基准点位置,设置支撑进行回弹计算,以验证零件自身重力对回弹影响的大小,这样在前期能准确预判回弹及补偿,并通过对典型零件的开发,对零件回弹的影响因素进行分析,结合CAE分析解决零件回弹问题。 In view of the characteristics of beam parts with simple shape but poor rigidity,in the early CAE analysis stage,the support springback calculation was set with reference to the datum point position of the part in GD&T,so as to verify the influence of the part's gravity on the springback.So,the springback and compensation could be accurately predicted in the early stage.The influence factors of part's springback were analyzed through the development of typical parts,and the springback problem was solved with CAE.
