摘要
在离合器壳体压铸模设计方案中,普通二板模结构无法开设全周浇口,不能满足铸件重要位置的内部质量要求。三板模结构由于中间模板的辅助作用,压射位置和浇口存在偏心,可以通过中心进料的方式实现铝液沿型腔全周顺序填充,但模具整体结构复杂,制造成本高。现采用在两板模的结构上设计中心进料全周浇口,实现了三板模全周浇口的功能,并对模具设计过程和实际应用进行了总结。
In the die casting die design scheme of clutch shell,the ordinary two-plate die structure could't set full-circle gate to meet internal quality of the local important position of the molded part.Due to the auxiliary role of the middle die plate,the injection position and gate of the threeplate die were eccentric,and the method of gating center could be used to realize the sequential filling of aluminum liquid along the die cavity.But the overall structure of the die was complicated and the manufacturing cost was high.A central feeding full-circle gate was designed on the twoplate die to achieved the function of the full-circle gate on the three-plate die.Finally,the die design process and practical application were summarized.
