经阴道和经腹部超声诊断子宫内膜病变的效果差异

Differences in the effectiveness of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in diagnosing endometrial lesions

目的对比分析经阴道超声、经腹部超声诊断子宫内膜病变的差异。方法将本院2021年6月-2022年7月收治的70例患者,随机分为对照组(35例)与观察组(35例)。对照组行经腹部超声,观察组行经阴道超声,对比两组的诊断准确率。结果与对照组相比,观察组的准确率与诊断效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜病变诊断中应用经阴道超声,准确性更高,可为后续的治疗提供参考。

Objective To compare and analyze the differences between transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in diagnosing endometrial lesions.Methods 70patients admitted to ourhospital from June 2021to July2022 wererandomly divided into a control group(35 cases)and an observation group(35 cases).Provide the control group with transabdominal ultrasound,and the observation group with transvaginal ultrasound to compare the accuracy and diagnostic of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group showed better accuracy and diagnostic efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis,the application of transvaginal ultrasound in endometrial lesions has higher accuracy and can provide reference for subsequent clinical treatment.
